Would you be able to create an npm distribution for the project? We've had to wrap MDB into a module to get it to fit into our toolset, but we are hoping for official support. I understand there are licensing concerns, but there are a number of options for hosting private packages safely: http://fiznool.com/blog/2015/05/20/an-alternative-to-npm-private-modules/

NPM can pull a package directly from GitHub, so could that be a viable alternative? I am assuming that MDB is already hosted in a private GitHub repo, so there shouldn't be any additional cost. Part of a person's license could include read access to that repo, so when NPM tries to fetch it, everything should work fine and dandy.

At the moment we are not offering npm for PRO.
As per npm pricing, private repository cost 7$/month so using npm would generate extra monthly fee for users.

Currently, MDB does not fit well in our dep-mgt and deployment process.

There's only free version available via npm. However, we're going to release pro version via npm

Thank you for your suggestion and my apologies for the inconvenience. We are already working on that, in few days we will release MDB Free to Github together with npm package and as soon as we finish we will start working on npm version for PRO users.
