OK. I renamed the Nav overlay to remove any conflict & replaced mdb.css with a fresh new copy.

top:0;

Parallax does not work in Safari (#3) and Firefox (#4) in Mac.
I do not have a PC so I am unable to test there.
My website is almost a month late for launch and I must launch on Sunday.
