Expected behavior Being able to cancel in the self service subscription portal. Being able to email support.

Actual behavior Nothing happens when I click the "Send and Cancel" button after providing my feedback. Tried emailing at contact@mdbootstrap.com and received a Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender error.

Please reach out using a working email address, or fix your website so the self service subscription options work as expected.
