Expected behavior I subscribed for MDB Advanced Pro with a discount. This was originally I believe for $499 but after discount, I got it for $199. The options were

Lifetime & unlimited usage of:

Premium components Design blocks Plugins Templates Backend integrations + a year of Premium Access:

Updates every 2 weeks Git repository npm installation Code examples Premium snippets Priority support LAB access Drag&Drop builder

Actual behavior

After subscription, i tried to view some plugins and I keep getting a "You are not authorized to this page". This was even after I paid for premium subscription.

What is frustrating and unethical is, My order states MDB Standard Advanced - 1 . I don't know where they got this Standard Advanced from?. This was never showed when I tried to purchase.

I sent emails to support@mdboostrap.com but there is no reply. From what I am experiencing, this site just wants to take your money and never reply to emails. This is absolutely wrong and unethical. I really don't know how is this product as I never was able to download, the support is definitely very poor.

I don't know how to get my money back?

Salvation, I have somewhat the same problem. They charged me twice for a subscription to MDB 5 which I did not renew. I asked for a refund, but they don't respond It's called cheating.
