I've purchased TW elements by discount link https://tw-elements.com/sale/tailored/ but I was charged full price. I wrote a letter with this issue to email contact@mdbootstrap.com but still no answer. (Maybe because mdbootstrap.com don't see my subscription status on tw-elements.com)

Your sites have issues with authorization. I want to write a ticket on tw-elements.com but I'm getting redirected to mdbootstrap.com, but mdbootstrap.com don't see my subscription status.

I want to use your product, but now it seems to me as not production ready. I wanted to use your discount, but it didn't work.

It's very inconvenient to use your recourses because of redirects between domains. By the way SSL on usercontent.mdbootstrap.com doesn't work, and images don't attach to the ticket from first attempt.

Please explain me how to get money back. It's a huge headache to start using your product from first steps.
