Any rough estimate on when support for Angular 2/4 will become available?

Yes, it is June. However, it's hard to say which part(middle probably).

Is there any ETA on the angular version release?

Well, we are working on angular2 version of MDB which doesn't use any jquery and it's just pure angular.

So far, I have been able to get most things working. It is just a lot of declaring window to any, and executing JQuery within OnInits where needed.
