Sorry, my fault.
To use ngModel, should import FormsModule first.
app.module.ts
...
import { FormsModule } from '@angular/forms';
...
imports: [
FormsModule,
...
html:
... <input type="text" class="form-control" id="topicId" [(ngModel)]="comic.topic" name="topic" mdbActive> ...
