Found a few issues with the Angular Navbar docs

The 'Placement' section for Fixed Top, Fixed Bottom, and Sticky Top Live Demo buttons just reload the page and do not take you to a live demo.
The section navigation on the right side does not dynamically scroll like other resource pages do, it scrolls away when you scroll down.
