Dear Laroze,
You can install the Bootstrap 4.3 indivi1dually if you need it.
There shouldn't be some breaking changes, but you have to check the Bootstrap changelog.
I can't tell you exactly when we'll update the MDB to the Bootstrap 4.3, because the new version was released yesterday, and we have to test it before updating.
