Hi, I have a problem with FileUploadModule, I got this error when open upload-test page

Cannot read property 'removeEventListener' of undefined
at MDBFileSelectDirective.push../node_modules/ng-uikit-pro-standard/esm5/ng-uikit-pro-standard.es5.js.MDBFileSelectDirective.ngOnDestroy

Please provide some more information on how to debug this problem (code sample and reproduction steps). I just checked the example from our documentation and everything seems to be working fine.
