Topic: Carousel changes styles in whole app
Hello!
I have just taken MDB Pro (ng-uikit-pro-standard) into use and I am using the Multi-item carousel card decks component on a page (the front page). The usage of the component seems to override styles on other elements in my whole site. For example, all the buttons on my site gets big and gets a shadow. If I comment out the carousel code, all styles are functioning as before. How do I preserve my own styles and use the MDB styles only on the MDB components?
Expected behavior Only styles on the used component is affected.
Actual behavior The styles on the whole site is changed when using the carousel component

Thanks for report bug. We'll take a closer look at this matter.
It seems the when loading the carousel, a file with additional styles is additionally loaded. We will fix it in the near future.

Hi Konrad, thank you. Could you please specify about how long away is "near future"? I would like to take into use, but if it will take long I might have to find some other component.
Will I get notified when this fix is made?

I would like it to be done by April 27.
And yes, we can tell you in this post when we fix it.
Also, you can try to use your styles of the button in your global styles.scss file and check whether the problem is resolved.
