Topic: Datepicker + Timepicker Questions
fabio.scala pro asked 6 years ago
Hello MDB Support
I am using MDB Angular Pro (migrating from MDB Pro) and I have a few questions regarding the date and timepicker:
- I used to use the "container" option of the MDB Pro datepicker, otherwise the datepicker is cut/not visible within modals etc. How can I solve this issue? (same with the time picker I guess)
- How can I auto close the date picker on selection?
- Is there a way to manually enter a date in the input?
- I don't think the timepicker is engineered well, it doesn't have a value accessor (no ngModel) and there is no way (that I can see) to access or set the time? How can I solve this?
Kind regards
Fabio

Hi,
- You can set higher z-index on datapicker/timepicker.
- We will add this in next release.
- Not yet
- Yes, this is bug, we will fix it in next release.
At this moment you can access to data using model with .formatted (model.formatted).
