Dear Oscar, I am not sure what do you mean by doesn't appear in form section? Social buttons form wans't there, however you can easily recreate it just placing social buttons within the modal body and adjusting operation.Oscar Bejarano pro commented 6 years ago

Dear Oscar, the link which you have provided is from jQuery documentation. Please note indicator on the right side of the screen. Angular forms link is here:https://mdbootstrap.com/angular/components/forms/ , however as I mentioned, although it's not coming out of the box you can easily adjust existing one using outlined buttons + social icons.
