Topic: How to un-mark a question as Answered?
Expected behavior
I asked a question 2 days ago that was never answered, but because someone added a message, it got marked as being answered.

I would like my original question to be opened up again because the advice that was given was incomplete. Can this be done?

This is expected behavior. The thread will have an 'answered' status when someone adds an answer (new post). If you confirm that the answer provided helps to solve the problem correctly, then we will be able to change the status to 'resolved'.
