Topic: Inconsistent Format in Select Component

I have a form with a Text Input, a mdb-select, and 2 mdb-completer components. When the page is rendered, the Label font and location are not the same in the mdb-Select component as they are in the other 2 controls. The text is black, rather than grey, and the label is rendered behind the bottom line of the control. The components are placed inside a <form> tag, and each component has its own <div>. Tested in Chrome.
