I think that this problem happened to me, what I did was to change the z-index of the select material to a smaller value. By default the select material has a z-index of 1000, it only reduces its value and you could also check if the calendar has z-index and if its value is less or greater than the select material, greetings

I have Material Select vertically align on top of the Calendar control. I have set mdb-ng-select { z-index: 100;}. When I click the calendar input, the calendar is now showing on top of the Material Select, but when I click the Material Select, the options are now showing behind Calendar input control.
