Topic: mdb-date-picker doesn't work and bad design and UX
Expected behavior
1) The year and month selection just doesn't work. Nothing happens when trading these options.
2) Splash screen out of context of other components. there are no borders on the window.
Actual behavior
Component only works on selection arrows.

I tested this component in a new application but could not reproduce such a bug. Are there any errors in the browser console when you load the view in which this component is rendered? Do you use any custom styles/options?
