There may be some conflicts in the css styles (for examples in input styles). We can't assure you that there won't be any problems in the future. It's just impossible to test MDB with every other library.

Many UI libraries use styles that are loaded only when you import specific module to your projects, so if you import only the modules you need instead of whole package, then there is a good chance that there won't be any problems.
