Hi, Downloaded the lastest verion (6.0.2) of MDBAngular. When I copy the MDB-select code provided on the site and paste into my environment,  the mdb-select option shows below the line, and not on top (Overlapping the select input box)  and also it doesn't have the smooth animation.  Basically it doesn't behave like the one found on MDB site.
