It's not possible to add custom content to the select option (the only exception is option icon). Can you provide more information about the use case?

Yes, we need to select only one option from each group of the dropdown.

If you want to create such behavior in your application, please use the [multiple]="true" input, which will allow selecting a few options in each group.

There's no possibility to block the behavior, to select only one option in one options group.
