Topic: New pro user Cannot log into Gitlab

Yesterday I brought the Angular Pro version of MDB, I want to install it via NPM so have tried to access gitlab, but it will not recognise my login details, I've emailed the email address on the page and one from the forums, but no reply yet, it's now holding me back from working on my project.

I can assure you that I have the exact same problem. I bought yesterday and received confirmation. Can neither download nor get gitlab access.

I can download it manually, but i want to do via npm, if you need it manually you may be able to find it in My Profile > Orders and Invoices, then there was a download link for me on that order line

Good news. Thanks to the help of Bartłomiej I received a feedback from Dawid Adach and an invitation mail to the gitlab repository. Orders and Invoices still empty, but that's no concern anymore.

Hi, I contacted both contact@mdbootstrap.com and b.malanowski@mdbootstrap.com for access. b.malanowski is the one that answered in about 2-3 days, hope that helps others.

Hi there, Please note that your credentials for the GitLab and for mdbootstrap.com are different. If you are pro user you can request access to the gitlab (I think by email if I remember well. I think it is documented somewhere in the documentation).

Thanks, but in the quick start guide it says use the same user details. And there is no reply from the email.

i went to the gitlab login. the standard password did not work. i tried the forget password function because it was said here that the password is a different one. but i never recieved a mail for the password change.

I have the same problem, in your welcome emails says: GitLab Repository After purchase you should automaticly get access to our GitLab repository which enables you to include MDB into your project via npm installation. You can use your mdbootstrap account credentials to log in. For further guidance check the "Getting Started" section in the Side Menu on the left. I sent 4 emails en 3 days and nobody answer my emails and send me the accout. My proyect is stop. Looking for other solution / library. Requesting refund in Paypal
