Topic: ng-uikit-pro-standard-9.1.0 does not install

Silic pro asked 4 years ago

Hi,

After downloading and extracting ng-uikit-pro-standard-9.1.0.zip running npm install within the ng-uikit-pro-standard directory failed.

Since I cannot attach the log file here I'll add some logs where it started failing:

Here is my version of angular:

Angular CLI: 9.1.3

Node: 12.16.0

OS: win32 x64

Angular:

...

Ivy Workspace:

Package Version

@angular-devkit/architect 0.901.3

@angular-devkit/core 9.1.3

@angular-devkit/schematics 9.1.3

@schematics/angular 9.1.3

@schematics/update 0.901.3

Are there any steps that I need to perform before running npm install?

Please try to remove the node_modules folder and package-lock.json file and reinstall the dependencies with npm install command.

Silic pro commented 4 years ago

After deleting node_modules and package-lock.json and reinstalling with npm install command I get the error:

pm ERR! 403 Forbidden: @fortawesome/fontawesome-free@^5.6.3

Arkadiusz Idzikowski staff commented 4 years ago

Which npm/node version do you use? Did you modify npm proxy settings?

Silic pro commented 4 years ago

Hi,

It turned out to be a proxy setting @fortawesome for another project I'm working on. After I removed it npm installed worked.

Thanks for your help.
