Topic: NPM installation, angular pro version

Can't get the NPM installation procedure on the 5min angular quickstart page (https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/angular/getting-started/quick-start/) to work (pro version). I think may URL for step 5 (gitlab) is incorrect - I keep getting 404's.
