Hi, I have the Pro version of MDB and I'm trying to implement the following layout within an Angular application: SideNav with navbar example. What I can work out so far is that it's a matter of providing the correct classes for side-nav and nav-bar to work correctly in the Angular as demonstrated in the example.   Is there example code to provide this layout using components mdb-side-nav and mdb-navbar?
