Where should wrappers for Mdb pro components be published?
The datatable for instance requires a very verbose set up every time you want to use it with pagination, sorting, filtering etc. This makes is such that a wrapper can be desired to simplify a lot of that functionality.
Would publishing these via npm with Mdbootstrap pro as a peer dependency be acceptable?

It is acceptable as long as you don't share our private source code publicly. MDB Pro is not available in npm registry so your peer dependency would be a non-existing package in this case.
You can consider creating private Github/Gitlab repository for your custom components and install them directly from the repository.

This makes sense. Ideally I would like to be able to share the wrappers, so I will need to look into options for stating the dependency. Thanks!

It would be really cool if we could publish extensions for mdbpro on the gitlab instance, to share with the Mdbootstrap community.
