Topic: WYSIWYG Bugs
ewgiddings free asked 5 years ago
Expected behavior When switching font size, for the font to to change size. If I choose Heading 1 then it should appear as a Heading 1, not stay as a paragraph.
Actual behavior When I change the size of the font, the font does not change.
I purchased the WYSIWYG plugin, but it is extremely buggy to the point of features not working, and has now stopped allowing me to change the size of text, despite all signs saying it should be large.
Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.) See the screenshot for an example of the error. I didn't do anything out of ordinary. Just doesn't work. Everything on my browser is up to date. I am using 8.6. It worked for a couple tries but now something has stopped it from working.

When I attempt to toggle the size to get it to change sometimes it does this thing where the selection shows it should be header, but the text just doesn't follow. See image.

Could you provide more details about the problem and reproduction steps? I'm not sure what is the exact problem here, on the screenshot you have h1 tag but the font size is reduced to 16px and its reflected in the changes presented on second screen. Did you change the font-size yourself or was it changed automatically by the component?

There really isn't any more info to give because it is that simple. I did not change any of the html manually.
I simply: Added text Clicked around on the UI buttons to see their effect and if they work Eventually it broke The size would not change
I only used the UI elements and eventually it stopped working. Simple as that. Nothing out of the ordinary. I don't even know at what point that 16px gets added. I really only used the UI and it broke.
Not sure what else I can tell you.
