Dynamic tabs (the buttons) do not seem to wrap when on mobile. What CSS will make it wrap?

That construction is dedicated for small amount of text which basically shouldn't wrap. You would have to rewrite it completely to achieve such an effect. I would suggest to make your font inside the tabs smaller on mobile size or hide some of tabs, to make it looks fine.
