Same issue for me with : Firefox Develloper Edition 64.0b4 Linux Debian 64bit MDB Pro 4.5.12 jQuery gulp version. But it's working on Chrome Version 67.0.3396.79 (Build officiel) (64 bits) Do you have an idea to solve this bug ?

Thanks ! Here's a fix that work for me.

.card-wrapper .card-rotating .face {
background: #ffffff !important;

}

I'm running Firefox 62.0.3 on Mac OS High Sierra and I can see that default background color for flipping cards is white. Am I missing something?
