Topic: font style looks not good in Chinese.
I used MDBootstrap create my blog in Chinese, the font 'roboto' not effect. I found a font named 'Noto Sans' in google material design. What's the way I can do it well?

Roboto font doesn't support Chinese language. Try to use "Noto". Noto is a font family related to Roboto with support for Asian languages. You can get it here
