Full Page Intro with fixed, transparent Navbar not working properly, backgound img not show up. I copied and paste code properly. Sublime text 3.0

I actually ran across this very thing. I copied the files from the Github file, but noticed the difference is that the Github file has a <header> tag just before the top nav that shouldn't be there. There is actually no closing </header> tag.  I removed the errant <header> tag, and all worked well. This isn't present int he demo for the full page image here.

the cod of navigation/compositions is different then cod at souruce page cod at"live preview" first class in style is different on both pages and script below is mising. I copied and paste cod from live preview and everything its working well.
