Hi,
Horizontal stepper is responsive. You can read about that in docs:
Horizontal steppers are fully responsive. When the size of the resolution is smaller than 992px, a horizontal stepper is changed to a vertical stepper.
At the moment there is no way to display the horizontal stepper vertically on mobile.
