Can I ask, please, in this code what determines the position, or location, (and not the styling) of the button on the Web page:
The Css class="btn btn-default" - which belongs to Bootstrap.css, I think that belongs to styling? So how is the position of the button on the page determined?

You can define the button position yourself by adding the proper parent class to the file style.css
