I got some problems with the label with latest Boostrap verison:
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0-alpha.6/css/bootstrap.min.css"
works fine with:
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0-alpha.5/css/bootstrap.min.css

In Alpha 6
.tag was renamed to .badge. Currently, we are working on new version of MDB which will be compatible with Alpha 6. As the @sungodragon said, MDB 4.3.0 will be released in this month
New version compatible with Alpha6 will be released mostly by END of this month.
