Hi Guys, I am trying to populate a modai with user information for editing but have tried (for 2 days!) various methods. I think these methods are the best but I can't get both parts to work together. This code calls the modal but doesn't add the user_id to the url so the modal is blank when it opens. "<td>" data-toggle="modal" data-target="#basicExample"><i class="fa fa-times"></i></td>" If I remove "data-toggle="modal" data-target="#basicExample">" the url gets the user_id and I can call the modal from another button and it opens with the form populated. Can anyone see where I an going wrong with this? Thanks Tom
