Actual behavior
see image 2 - In wordpress "Visit Site" Navbar is partially hidden? Is there a setting in WP that will display the entire Navbar?

you can move this admin bar to the bottom of the page:
#wpadminbar {
top: auto;
bottom: 0;
}

Also just noticed that the Wordpress Tutorial's Navbar Logo link is not working, get a 404 error.
