Topic: video is not displaying on some mobile devices

We have been used the Parallax video on our client's website. The video is not displaying on some mobile devices like (Motorola, Samsung, iphone) and some devices like (Motorola) also, the video is playing slowly. Our website link (https://www.holygrill.in/) and we need to know which format video will work on all mobile devices and all desktop and if any correction in coding, please Let us know the solution.

Hello Marta, Thank you for taking the time and looking into the issue. My apologies for replying late, we have tried the same on multiple devices. Like you had mentioned the majority of the ios devices are able to play the video. However, most of the Android devices including pixel devices are unable to play the video. Would you be able to let us know if we are going wrong elsewhere? Thanking You Arun
