If your project's architecture already consists of Vue.js and jQuery, it should be possible, but it's not something we encourage - each package may be slightly different in behavior and even though they use the same scss files, Vue components might be modifying some of global classes as the file's structure can differ from jQuery siblings'. Before buying Pro version you can always try installing free package and test if it works the way you want it to.
