When the fully height modal is closed , all dropdown menus don't work. I have a problem.

Can you look at the website? When the cart closed , all dropdowns don't work.

Ok. Your nav gets overflow: hidden style after clicking at cart button. Check your custom functions and styles. When I use your nav and cart modal it seems to be ok. You can add overflow: visible; style on your navbar. It will work.
