Please provide a snippet: https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/ with your code showing your implementation of Checkboxes so we can better understand your problem and propose a solution. The checkbox should work fine with ajax as shown in the snippet I've made for you https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/jquery/marcin-luczak/2613135 Please check if you have proper naming of classes, ids, labels are targeting proper input id. Also please check if you are using proper/latest version of MDB, because in the specification of the issue you provided 4.0.1 version of MDB.
