Expected behavior

Clicking Year and Month dropdowns would display a dropdown of either years or a list of months

Actual behavior

Nothing happens. Nothing drops down. Happens right in the MDBoostrap.com website and in snippets. I also cannot get it to work in my website, so I had to revert back to version 4.15.0.
