Do you mean if you buy MDB PRO package you will get premium support for your bought plugin? By purchasing MDB Pro you will get pro support for any MDB feature. If you buy any plugin you will get support for this plugin for 12 months.
To use this plugin you first need to buy that: https://mdbootstrap.com/plugins/jquery/full-calendar/ Some plugins are part of MDB Pro but some plugins you need to buy for 9€. You can check which plugins are part of MDB Pro on this page: https://mdbootstrap.com/plugins/jquery/ The legend on top says whish badge means what. Some plugins are even MDB free available.
