There's a possibility to block users to see my MDB PRO css?
Or What can I do to dont let the normal users use my css or js of MDB PRO

It's impossible to prevent other users to see your CSS file as it's required to render your website properly. However, you can combine your CSS files (ex. Bootstrap, MDB and your custom CSS code) and minify the combined file so this will be harder to understand this code to people that shouldn't use your CSS code
