class: md-form + md-outline + form-control-sm

Explanation:A filled 'input text' with 'md-outline' class results with the name of the field (very small) on the upper part of the field.

Problem:The small name on the upper part don't appear if the field is a drop down list field.

Request:As we are using many different types of fields, sometimes the name appears and sometimes doesn't. But as the field name is important I would like to see it at any time for each types of field.

Ok, I understood that. For my opinion, it is a little bug so I put this to our list to do. I added 'high' label priority so we will resolve that as soon as possible. Stay patient and have a nice day.

Thank you very much, I've never seen this feature so not sure it is a bug. But it could be an asset for the Bootstrap components. Can't wait to see it. Have a nice day
