Topic: Latest release download
The latest version shows as 4.4.5, but my account downloads still shows only 4.4.4 available to download. When will the latest release be available for pro purchasers to download?
If you re-download the file from your account. Open the folder before you extract it, and you will see that the css, and js folders/files in the download show the last date modified was 1/19/18 or click on the README.txt and you will see the 4.4.5 version at the top. Also :)

It's a known issue unfortunately, they fix it relatively quickly.
