I have had an MDB Pro license for many years now as you can see from my downloads page BUT I am unable to access any of the MDB Pro areas on your website. I am constantly redirected to an MDB Pro licensing page. I used to have access and was able to download the files as I have found an old zip file

Secondly, If you respond to this message via email, my account is associated with the email address which I no longer have access to.. I was able to to login but when I attempt to change the email address I received a generic error message (see screenshot). If you are replying via email, can someone update my email address to If someone can change the email associated with my account or fix the issue with changing my email address via the online profile form, I would greatly appreciate it.

Finally, Your site mentions that you have released MD5 5 Standard version version 6.4.0 but in my downloads area, I am only able to download the MDB _Pro_4.20.0 version.
