Topic: Navigation Layouts dont work

sandeepspatil pro asked 5 years ago

There is a note in the fixed sidenav docs that says "Note: Instead of adding required padding via CSS you can use one of our predefined Navigation Layouts". However when I use the code that is available for Fixed SideNav and Fixed Navbar (here), there is no padding. I got a pro license to use these layouts and they don't work as intended. Also my version 4.5.14 and this is not in the list above for version dropdown box.
The code I used is copy pasted into the index.html page provided in the downlaoaded files, THe code is at https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/navigation/compositions/#double-nav-fixed-sidenav-navbar

The snippet (https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/jquery/sandeepspatil/117606) works fine but does not work on my local system. I see below in the css in the snippet, but is missing on the local setup. .fixed-sn .double-nav, .fixed-sn footer, .fixed-sn main { padding-left: 15rem; }

I downloaded the files again and now it works. Maybe the archive I downloaded before was corrupted. Thanks for the support.
