Topic: NOT SHOW SHOW ENTRIES BASIC TABLE

I tried the example of table pagination, BASIC-EXAMPLE, but the dropdown SHOW .... ENTRIES is not displayed. I have inspected the html code, the SELECT element exists but is hidden. How can I solve?
