Topic: Remove click to close functionality for mask on sidenav
I'd like to give the users an option to pull out the sidenav for reference and then leave the sidenav open for users while they type on the page.
The mask prevents this because as soon as they type on the page, the sidenav closes.
What do I need to remove to get rid of the close onclick for the rest of the page?

Hi,
We don't have that option but you can do it manually. You have to open mdb-gulp-pro and find sidenav.js and remove all dependency with sidenav-overlay.
You have to remove all code from buildSidenavOverlay and some code from openOnClick function. In that second function you have to remove only dependy with sidenav-overlay not other. like _this3.$sidenavOverlay etc.
