Topic: sticky top not working on nav bar

Expected behavior nav bar would reach top of page and stick in place as the page scrolls down

Actual behavior nav bar remains static to the page and disappears as the page scrolls down

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)page after scroll nav disappears
