I tried to reproduce the problem in many ways but I don't this on my computer, but my colleague sees one. We noticed this bug and we have this on our to-do list and we will try to fix this as soon as possible.

What i will say is try not to click onto the dialog, click on the input control and then quickly click outside of the pop up ... so it opens then closes. You don't have to do this mega fast ... i would say after a second for each click. For me it only takes a few open and closes before only Chrome seems to show the issue in my video. I don't actually select any time or try to click into the dialogue ...

Please find a recording of my issue. Its shows the date picker working fine but the time picker being qwerky.

Creating is snippet that simulates the issue may take a little time. Have you seen this behaviour before or any suggestions?
